The report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 55 which                        
had been held on the Secretary's Desk (page 2311) was before the               
Senate at this time.                                                           
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate adopt CONFERENCE CS                       
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 55.                                                         
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL                       
NO. 55 pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following
